As a key member of the Ascendis Pharma team, you will play a crucial role in contracting with clinical sites and service providers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.</p><p>You will be joining Global Trial Strategy &amp; Support department consisting of 8 colleagues within different support groups that all share the same passion for providing excellent support to our colleagues in Clinical Operations. &nbsp;You will report directly to Annette Derouin, Senior Director of Global Trial Strategy &amp; Support who is based in Hellerup, Denmark. You will be based in Hellerup, Denmark. </p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Participates in/manages the preparation and finalization of agreements with clinical sites such as non-disclosure agreements, site contracts &amp; budgets and amendments.</li><li>Participates in/manages the preparation and finalization of agreements with clinical service providers such as non-disclosure agreements, work orders and change orders.</li><li>Supports colleagues in Site Contracts &amp; Budgets and Global Clinical Outsourcing with various tasks such as tracking and filing of documentation.</li><li>Develops/contributes to processes, standards, and templates to ensure contract management efficiency.</li><li>Develops and maintains relationship with Clinical Operations groups, Legal, Finance, and other internal and external stakeholders participating in the processes within areas of responsibility.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><p>You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life sciences – and 3 years of experience within clinical site contracting, clinical outsourcing, and/or clinical operations.</p><p>Furthermore, you have:</p><ul><li>Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders</li><li>Proficiency in use of supportive techniques for structuring multiple assignments </li><li>Organizational skills, including ability to stay abreast of changing priorities and manage accordingly</li><li>English skills at a professional level, both written and spoken</li></ul><p><strong>Key competencies:</strong></p><p>You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude. </p><p>You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be structured and know how to balance between detail and progress to deliver within timelines. </p><p>Travel: Approximately 10 days per year.</p><p>Office: Ascendis Pharma A/S, Tuborg Boulevard 12, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark.&nbsp; </p><p><strong>Apply now.</strong></p><p>We evaluate applications when received, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
