<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description Summary</b></p>Role Purpose:<br>The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading end-to-end business analysis activities across assigned Veeva Clinical Vault products. The role acts as a strategic liaison between Business and IT, ensuring requirements are understood, translated into high-quality deliverables, and implemented through scalable, compliant, value-driven solutions.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead elicitation, documentation, and management of business requirements.</li><li>Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process deep dives.</li><li>Translate needs into user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria.</li><li>Evaluate vendor proposals for alignment, feasibility, and compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors on design, refinement, and sprints.</li><li>Support backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.</li><li>Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.</li><li>Identify improvement opportunities and process harmonization.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, and documentation standards.</li></ul><p></p><p>Key Skills &amp; Experience</p><ul><li>7–10&#43; years of Business Analysis in Pharma/Life Sciences.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Clinical Ops, CTMS, eTMF, SSU, Site Connect.</li><li>Experience with Veeva Vault Clinical Suite preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Familiar with Agile, DevOps, integration patterns, and PLM.</li><li>Understanding of validation, GxP, and audit requirements.</li><li>Proficiency in English (written &amp; oral).<br /> </li></ul><p>Commitment to Diversity &amp; Inclusion:</p><p><i>We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.</i></p><p>Why Novartis: Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
