The Quote Management team is part of DIA Commercial Operations, a strategic global function within Roche Digital Technology (RDT) and is at the heart of our Diagnostics digital landscape. We are responsible for developing, globally rolling out, and continuously evolving technology solutions that enhance the experience of healthcare providers and patients. Serving as a link between global business units - such as Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS), Roche Information Solutions (RIS), and Commercial Enablement - and their operational goals, we design the digital architecture that enables Roche to scale its impact across APAC, EMEA/LATAM, and NAM.
The Opportunity:
Drive Strategic Delivery: Act as the RDT delivery lead for Quote Management initiatives and enable high-impact commercial product launches across global markets.
Orchestrate End-to-End Workstreams: Autonomously manage complex BA workstreams from discovery to implementation while navigating high-ambiguity environments.
Translate Business Needs: Gather complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and robust technical solution designs in partnership with Architects.
Execute System Rollouts: Take ownership of system functional definitions and execute complex configurations to drive successful regional rollouts.
Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Facilitate high-level workshops to shape strategy and resolve complex stakeholder conflicts, aligning regional expectations with global roadmaps.
Optimize Solution Value: Contribute to long-term solution roadmaps and ensure every initiative delivers demonstrable business value and technical scalability.
Bridge Technical Gaps: Act as the direct technical liaison between affiliate business stakeholders and offshore managed services to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure Quality Excellence: Define clear acceptance criteria and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet rigorous business standards.
Who you are:
Experienced Professional: Proven track record of managing complex BA workstreams independently, driving regional rollouts in the APAC region, and making localization system configurations. You bring 7+ years of Business Analysis experience managing end-to-end IT workstreams, including 4+ years in MedTech or Healthcare Life Sciences.
Domain Expert: You possess deep functional and technical knowledge of the Quote-to-Contract (Q2C) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) commercial sales domains.
