In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie ein innovatives Portfolio in den Bereichen seltene Erkrankungen, Ophthalmologie und Neurologie sowie ausgewählte Biosimilars. Sie arbeiten mit unterschiedlichen Kundengruppen im Spital- und Praxisumfeld und tragen dazu bei, dass relevante medizinische Innovationen die richtigen Patientinnen und Patienten erreichen.
AUFGABENSTELLUNG:
- Als Sales Rep betreuen Sie Kundinnen und Kunden von Spital bis Praxis persönlich und über digitale Kanäle und gestalten langfristige, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen.
- Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die kommerzielle Performance Ihres Gebiets und entwickeln auf Basis von Kunden-, Markt- und Performance-Insights zielgerichtete Account- und Interaktionspläne.
- Sie planen und realisieren Kundenaktivitäten, Veranstaltungen und weitere regionale Initiativen und überprüfen deren Wirkung.
- Sie kennen die Bedürfnisse und Ansprüche Ihrer Kundinnen und Kunden und stellen Inhalte, Informationen und Services diesen massgeschneidert zur Verfügung.
- Sie kommunizieren komplexe wissenschaftliche und produktspezifische Inhalte klar, relevant und zielgruppengerecht.
- Sie arbeiten sehr eng mit Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus dem Aussendienst sowie anderen Funktionen zusammen und streben danach, gemeinsame Erfolge zu erreichen.
- Sie bringen Erkenntnisse aus dem Feld strukturiert in das cross-funktionale Team ein und unterstützen damit die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Strategie und Aktivitäten.
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, flexibel und stets im Einklang mit den geltenden gesetzlichen und internen Compliance-Anforderungen.
IHR PROFIL:
- Abgeschlossene paramedizinische, medizinische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung beziehungsweise Ausbildung als Pharmareferent/-in.
- Erfahrung und nachweisbarer Erfolg im pharmazeutischen oder biotechnologischen Aussendienst, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in seltenen Erkrankungen, Neurologie und/oder Ophthalmologie.
- Fähigkeit und Interesse, sich schnell in komplexe wissenschaftliche Themen, Krankheitsbilder und neue Märkte einzuarbeiten.
- Hohe Affinität zu persönlichem und digitalem Customer Engagement sowie Motivation, neue Kanäle und Technologie wirkungsvoll in die Kundeninteraktionen zu integrieren.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und die Fähigkeit, nachhaltige Beziehungen zu unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern aufzubauen.
- Hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung, Initiative, Agilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Priorisierungsvermögen
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Anpassungsfähigkeit und Offenheit für neue Arbeitsweisen und Technologien.
- Gute koordinative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Gute Französischkenntnisse sind ein klarer Vorteil.
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des zugeteilten Gebiets und gültiger Führerausweis.

As a leading international biotechnology company with the mission to serve patients, we are looking for an engaged and customer-focused professional to join our Swiss Rare Disease field force.
In this role, you will manage an innovative portfolio in Rare Diseases, Ophthalmology and Neurology, as well as selected biosimilars. You will work with different customer groups across hospital and office-based settings and contribute to ensuring that relevant medical innovations reach the right patients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Sales Rep, you engage with customers from hospitals to office-based practices, both in person and through digital channels, and build long-term, trusted customer relationships.
- You take ownership of the commercial performance of your territory and develop targeted account and interaction plans based on customer, market and performance insights.
- You plan and implement customer activities, events and other regional initiatives and evaluate their impact.
- You understand the needs and expectations of your customers and provide them with tailored content, information and services.
- You communicate complex scientific and product-specific content clearly, relevantly and in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
- You work closely with your field colleagues and other functions, striving to achieve shared success.
- You bring structured field insights to the cross-functional team and thereby support the continuous development of our strategy and activities.
- You work independently and flexibly, always in compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal Compliance standards.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed paramedical, medical or scientific education, or training as a pharmaceutical representative.
- Experience and proven success in pharmaceutical or biotechnology field sales, ideally with experience in Rare Diseases, Neurology and/or Ophthalmology.
- Ability and interest to quickly familiarise yourself with complex scientific topics, diseases and new markets.
- Strong affinity for personal and digital customer engagement, combined with the motivation to integrate new channels and technologies effectively into customer interactions.
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, customer orientation and the ability to build sustainable relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- High degree of ownership, initiative, agility, accountability and ability to prioritise.
- Strong willingness to learn, adaptability and openness to new ways of working and technologies.
- Good coordination and organisational skills.
- Fluency in German and strong professional English, both written and spoken. Good French as a clear advantage.
- High willingness to travel within the assigned territory and a valid driving licence.
