Our continued success depends on it!</p></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Position Overview:</p><p>This position will be primarily responsible in testing various applications newly developed by the Mobile &amp; Cloud Software Engineering group. The position will be directly involved in building an automation framework for testing the mobile software and cloud-based services. This position will eventually develop automated and manual tests in conjunction with the development efforts.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities: • Build test frameworks and methodologies that will define the testing process used as part of the agile software development process.</p><p>• Develop and execute test suite for iOS mobile application</p><p>• Develop and execute test suite for Cloud based web service application</p><p>• Work closely with the software development team to identify and correct defects.</p><p>• Develop and maintain test cases for manual and automated validation tests of software revisions.</p><p>• Collaborate with Development, QA and IT teams</p><p>• Participate in product design reviews.</p><p>• Performs other duties as required.</p><p></p><p>Education and Experience:</p><p>BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar field p<span>referred</span></p><p>5&#43; years of experience in software design and software testing; p<span>referred</span></p><p>5&#43; years hands on experience in testing in mobile software applications. p<span>referred</span></p><p></p><p>Preferred Skills and Competencies:</p><p>• Strong software skills required, including Python,Java, Junit or TestNG •</p><p>• Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, REST, SOA</p><p>• Proficiency with source control, continuous integration and testing methods (i.e., Git, Perforce)</p><p>• Familiarity with Continuous Build Systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo</p><p>• In depth knowledge of software testing methodology, test development, and test execution</p><p>• Familiarity with IEC 62304, ISO 14971, FDA regulations and international standards applicable to medical device software development, verification and validation a plus.</p><p></p><p><b>Notes: </b><span>This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least three (3) days per week. #LI-Hybrid</span></p>
