Senior Automation Engineer

Management of automation projects from concept to implementation. Serving as the responsible point of contact for automation technology in customer meetings to ensure technical alignment. Development and implementation of automation strategies and solutions for the product portfolio. Creation of PLC, SCADA, and HMI programs for automated systems. Maintenance and administration of the automation system architecture (e.g., TIA Portal, SCADA platforms). Responsibility for programming and qualification of automation, visualization, and process control systems. Ensuring version control, documentation, and lifecycle management of automation systems. Optimization of workflows to reduce cycle times and improve throughput. Support and mentoring of junior engineers. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
