You will work across a range of R&D and enterprise initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to analyze data, develop insights, and support planning and execution.</span></p><p></p><h2><span>Job Responsibilities</span></h2><p><span>- Perform financial, operational, and business analyses to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making<br />- Develop and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards<br />- Support development of business cases, scenarios, and performance tracking<br />- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate insights clearly<br />- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across R&D and enterprise functions<br />- Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives<br />- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data and analyses</span></p><p></p><h2><span>What we expect of you</span></h2><p><span>The Senior Associate is a strong analytical contributor who applies sound judgment, structured problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver high-quality insights that support business decisions.</span></p><p></p><h2><span>Basic Qualifications</span></h2><p><span>- Master’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience OR<br />- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience OR<br />- Diploma and 7–9 years of relevant experience<br />- Proficiency in Excel-based financial and analytical modeling<br />- Experience working with data, analytics, and reporting tools<br />- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments</span></p><p></p><h2><span>Preferred Qualifications</span></h2><p><span>- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or business planning<br />- Familiarity with enterprise systems and analytics tools<br />- Exposure to R&D or regulated environments<br />- Experience with data visualization tools</span></p><p></p><h2><span>Soft Skills</span></h2><p><span>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br />- Clear written and verbal communication<br />- High integrity and attention to detail<br />- Adaptability and collaboration</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>.
