- Führst komplexe Produktionsschritte gemäß GMP sicher und zuverlässig durch
- Bedienst und überwachst halb- und vollautomatisierte Produktionsanlagen
- Rüstest Anlagen, führst Line Clearance durch und bereitest Produktionsläufe vor
- Führst In‑Prozess‑Kontrollen durch und dokumentierst diese lückenlos
- Stellst eine fehlerfreie und zeitnahe GMP‑Dokumentation sicher (Batch Records, Logbücher)
- Meldest Abweichungen und arbeitest aktiv an CAPA- sowie Change-Control‑Prozessen mit
- Unterstützt bei Störungsbehebungen, kleineren Wartungen sowie Qualifizierungen, Validierungen und Prozessoptimierungen
Dein Profil:
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der GMP‑gerechten Produktion oder einem regulierten Umfeld mit
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit automatisierten Anlagen
- Du arbeitest präzise, qualitätsorientiert und fühlst Dich in dokumentationsintensiven Prozessen wohl
- Du kennst Vorgaben wie GMP, ISO 13485 und EHS oder bist bereit, Dich schnell einzuarbeiten
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, unterstützt neue Kolleg:innen und schätzt den Austausch mit Engineering, QA/QC und Planung
- Du engagierst Dich aktiv in Verbesserungs-, Lean‑ oder 5S‑Initiativen
- Du bist motiviert, Verantwortung für definierte Produktionslinien zu übernehmen
- Du besitzt gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
