This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and compliance of our financial statements and accounting policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in IFRS accounting, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance, with an understanding of the life sciences industry.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in the preparation and reviewing quarterly and annual SEC filings (20F, 6K, etc.), including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain and administer key external reporting systems (OneStream and Workiva), including maintaining the consolidation, managing the SEC filing process, and creating schedules/analyses on demand.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support external audit processes to ensure timely and accurate filings.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and/or public accounting, Big 4 experience is a plus.</span></li> <li class="col-xs-12 no-horiz-padding" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
