The Position

Reporting to Technical Services Lead

The Opportunity:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints

• Communicating with customers through various channels.

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

• Understand technical information/specification and principles of product to be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints.

• Monitor reagent and consumable inventory to ensure continuous running of analyzers.

• Keeping records of customer interactions, visits, transactions, comments, inquiries and complaints.

• Communicating and coordinating with other departments to provide solutions and maintain maximum customer engagement and loyalty.

• Analyze menu gaps and propose solutions to customers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

• Perform operator and applications training for customers and internal staffs

• Develop, prepare and maintain training materials.

• Liaise and align with GCS and CIR to manage technical issues and training.

Who you are

• You should hold a Bachelor or master Degree in Health/Science disciplines

• Multi-national companies experience in the similar capacity level

• Preferably, at least 2 years’ experience in Clinical Laboratory.

• Preferable with teaching experience

• Marketing and business development experience will be a plus

• In-depth product knowledge

• Use of Personal Computer

• Effective Communication skill
