Our team supports the business areas: research and development, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial and animal monitoring thought data science and AI delivery. This role allows you to work on impactful AI products and collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, building a community that learns, challenges, and inspires each other. Our team is shaping the Data Science and AI strategy, serves as a DS and AI community facilitator and helps non-technical colleagues to mature their understanding of DS and AI.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What will you do?</span></b></p><ul><li>Lead delivery of AI solutions and mentor junior colleagues from technical angle</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions</li><li>Present findings and insights to stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making</li><li>Supervise and participate in writing efficient and maintainable code following best practices in software engineering</li><li>Select appropriate retrieval techniques, language models, and generative AI methodologies</li><li>Continuously iterate and refine retrieval augmented generation (RAG) methods and processes based on experimentation, analysis, and feedback</li><li>Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy</li><li>Document AI models, algorithms, and processes thoroughly</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies with the team to execute on prioritized projects and features</li><li>Implement automated testing and monitoring techniques to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI systems</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience Required</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelors or Masters in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Computer Science is highly preferred, but qualifications in other quantitative disciplines are appreciated as well</li><li>4&#43; years of experience in AI Engineering</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong programming skills in Python</li><li><span>Experienced in designing and building scalable AI Solutions</span> within a modern technology stack which includes cloud services, data pipelines, database, and other necessary tooling</li><li>Experienced with CI/CD and test-driven development</li><li>Experience in building Restful APIs for AI models</li><li>Solid understanding of machine learning concepts (i.e. neural networks, optimization algorithms, evaluation metrics)</li><li>Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques</li><li>Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques, such as instruction design, template-based. approaches, rule-based conditioning, or fine-tuning strategies</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Nice to have</span></b></p><ul><li>Experience with AWS Cloud</li><li>Experience working in an Agile methodology</li><li>Demonstrated experience in developing and refining prompts for generative AI models, preferably in creative or text generation domains</li><li>Experience with building, deploying, and managing docker images</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What we offer</span></b></p><ul><li>Exciting work in a great team, global projects, international environment </li><li>Opportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globally </li><li>Hybrid working model, flexible role pattern (e.g., even 80% full-time is possible in justified cases) </li><li>Pension and health insurance contributions </li><li>Internal reward system plus referral programme </li><li>5 weeks annual leave, 5 sick days, 15 days of certified sick leave paid above statutory requirements annually, 40 paid hours annually for volunteering activities, 12 weeks of parental contribution </li><li>Cafeteria for tax free benefits according to your choice (meal vouchers, Lítačka, sport, culture, health, travel, etc.), Multisport Card </li><li>Vodafone, Raiffeisen Bank and Foodora discount programmes </li><li>Up-to-date laptop and iPhone </li><li>Parking in the garage, showers, refreshments, massage chairs, library, music corner </li><li>Competitive salary, incentive pay, and many more </li></ul><p></p><p><b><i><span>Ready to take up the challenge?
