Scientist - Small Molecule Technology

<ul><li>Performing literature search and identifying various synthetic routes.</li><li>Process development for API, Intermediate, RSMs etc, yield improvement and cost reduction related activity.</li><li>Planning and Performing experiments as per process governance (Lab feasibility, Optimization, Pre-validation, CPP and Validation)</li><li>Planning, performing DoE for supporting technology transfer team.</li><li>Interpretations of experimental results and propose process improvements (quality, yield, cost, etc.)</li><li>Technology transfer at manufacturing scale in plant and supporting KGL / MS&amp;T departments in resolving all the issues during scale up and suggest modifications in order to develop a scalable and robust process</li><li>Investigations and its solutions for the challenges</li><li>Proposal for innovation projects.</li><li>Synthesis and characterization of process related impurities.</li><li>Following good documentation practice and comply.</li><li>Knowledge and comply with Safety procedures &amp; cGMP procedures</li><li>Managing lab requirement and maintain the inventory.</li><li>Preparation of scientific reports, protocols and required documents for transferring technology to plant at manufacturing scale.</li><li>Equipment installation and qualification on time,</li><li>Maintaining lab with respect to safety and compliance and managing a team.</li><li>Responsibilities to take care the lab.</li></ul><p><span><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Ph.D. (Chemistry) · Education and technical areas of expertise should include fields of Chemistry with an analytical background on analysis of organic compounds. · Complete understanding and wide application of industry, functional and Pfizer-specific principles, theories, concepts and practices. Enhanced knowledge of other related disciplines primarily on conducting complex reactions and purification of small-scale materials to qualify references.
