We offer an opportunity for you to learn and grow while making significant contributions to the company's success.</span></span><br>&#160;</p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to execute and improve our Computational Protein Design pipeline using data-driven approaches to augment our first-in-class multi-specific biological programs. The ideal candidate will have experience applying computational methods to design novel peptides and proteins, with expertise in structural modeling, prediction, and optimization.</span><br>&#160;</p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Execute a computational design pipeline for predicting the properties of peptides, natural ligands, de novo proteins, and antibody-based elements via data-driven approach</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Drive assay validation, tech transfer, and development initiatives to maintain industry standards; Contribute within the computational protein design group to operate yeast display-based protein discovery platforms</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Design new macromolecular therapeutics using structural and sequence analysis, and employ these in silico predictions to iteratively guide the lead development process</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Analyze, interpret, document, and present data to the scientific and leadership team</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Collaborate with our Antibody Discovery, Protein Engineering, and Immuno-oncology teams to contribute to the company's vision</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">PhD (or equivalent) in bioengineering, biophysics, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, or a related field</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">8+ years of experience using yeast libraries to generate protein binding or therapeutic antibodies required</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience with relevant macromolecular modeling software (e.g., AlphaFold, RoseTTAFold, RFdiffusion, ProteinMPNN, Gromacs, MOE, Schr&#246;dinger)</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Expertise in screening and ranking of antibodies (ELISA, multi-parametric flow cytometry, BLI/OCTET)</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Proven contribution to therapeutic antibody development and selection is desirable; design and validation of novel biologically relevant antibodies are highly desirable</span></li></ul><p><br><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-weight:bold;">Compensation and Benefits:</span><br>The expected base salary range for this position is&#160;$80,000 - $180,000 annually.
