Scientist, R&D Hard Capsules

Key responsibilities:
Within the framework of the company's procedures and the instructions given  the post holder:
●    Leads and executes scientific research projects, from conception to implementation, including defining research objectives, designing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting and reporting results with received directions from the leader
●    Frequently applies knowledge of the discipline to resolve  challenges  and proposes new ideas, hypothesis,  innovative solutions .
●    Collaborates with internal partners to deliver on the defined project milestones.
●    Acts as a technical expert with growing scientific contributions within the team and with other departments.

Key requirements :
●    Required degree: Master; PhD (preferred)
●    Field of study: Materials science, Chemical engineering, Food sciences, Pharmaceutical sciences, Polymer sciences, Chemistry
●    Industrial experience in an R&D environment if Master holder
●    Pharmaceutical Excipients industry an asset
●    Languages: English (business fluent); 
●    Effective communicator and collaborator, ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
