As a Scientist III, you will contribute to the development of reagents and methods for next-generation DNA cloning technologies, integrating traditional DNA cloning and assembly workflows into synthetic biology workflows. You will also take an active role in improving and troubleshooting existing manufacturing and quality testing processes.</p><p>You will be self-motivated and able to manage independent tasks, with a clear understanding of how your work connects to broader program goals and supports our customers.</p><div></div><p><b>What Will You Do?</b></p><ul><li><p>Investigate, optimize, and develop new reagents and methods for DNA cloning. Execute research and lead product development projects from concept to delivery.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate and communicate with local and global R&D partners to brainstorm solutions, share learnings, and provide project updates. Partner cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Project Management to support new product development.</p></li><li><p>Innovate and provide scientific/technical justification for novel concepts and approaches. Anticipate potential risks and design preventative solutions.
