You will play a key role in contributing to Eikon’s pipeline and executing impactful biology studies for multiple drug discovery programs with a focus in oncology. font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Regularly culture various mammalian cell lines and generate important reporter or mutant cell lines to facilitate drug discovery effort.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Independently develop, optimize, and execute various cell-based experiments for target validation, screening campaigns, and compounds MoA to support drug discovery programs.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Keep detailed and organized records of experimental protocols and results.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ph.D. with no experience; or Master’s plus 10 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of relevant experience in Biology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficient in mammalian cell culture, cellular assays, and molecular biology, e.g., transfection, DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, RT-qPCR, gene knockdown or knockout, Western Blot, </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Capacity for quantitative and/or statistical analysis using common software tools (e.g., GraphPad Prism, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The ability to communicate clearly and build open collaborative relationships is essential.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with fluorescence imaging, luciferase reporter assay, cell viability assay for single-compound treatment or drug combinations, flow cytometry with or without automation and other </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">high-throughput tools and instrumentation are all highly preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
