Scientist

The Scientist plays a key role in the research and development of polymeric and adhesive hydrogel medical devices. In this role, you will apply scientific principles to design, execute, and analyze experiments across a variety of research areas. You will advance projects from early-stage research into development activities by translating scientifically validated concepts into commercially viable medical products. You will also contribute to the creation of new technology platforms by integrating materials science, engineering, and clinical insights to support next-generation medical solutions. Responsibilities include assessing competitive and emerging technologies, developing and refining R&D experiments, building and evaluating functionality of prototypes, establishing test methods, designing compliant medical devices, identifying technical solutions, documenting work, maintaining lab environment, and supporting operations with equipment qualifications.
