Alvotech is seeking a motivated Scientist to join the Potency & Binding team within our R&D organization.

We are looking for a hands‑on team member with strong analytical skills, excellent organization, and a high level of accuracy. This role involves laboratory work supporting the development of biopharmaceutical products across all stages of the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sample analysis with cell based potency assays and binding assays to support product development across all stages.

• Mammalian cell line handling/propagation and cell bank preparation.  

• Lab inventory management.

Requirements

• Post Graduate degree in in Life Science

• Experience with mammalian cell culture and analytical methods is an advantage.

• Strong data handling and documentation skills.

  Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated laboratory environment.

• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
