<p><b>Job title</b>: <b>Scientific Sales Executive </b></p><ul><li>Location: Bhopal</li><li>Job type: Permanent</li></ul><p></p><p>About the job</p><p></p><p><b>Our Team:</b></p><p></p><p>The <b>Scientific Sales Executive</b> is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the company's sales targets and market share growth</p><p></p><p><b>Main responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Sales and Business Development</b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets</li><li>Conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals to promote Sanofi products</li><li>Track and analyze sales performance metrics and market trends</li><li>Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory</li></ul><p><b>Customer Relationship Management</b></p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers</li><li>Record customer interactions and insights in CRM system</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information</li><li>Collaborate with Key Account Managers on strategic accounts</li></ul><p><b>Product Knowledge and Communication</b></p><ul><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sanofi products, therapeutic areas, and competitive landscape</li><li>Deliver clear, compliant, and effective product presentations to healthcare professionals</li><li>Adhere strictly to compliance guidelines regarding promotional activities</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare policies, and market dynamics</li></ul><p><b>Compliance and Ethics</b></p><ul><li>Ensure all activities comply with Sanofi policies, industry regulations, and local laws</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all promotional activities and expenses</li><li>Follow proper protocols for reporting adverse events</li><li>Understand boundaries between promotional and scientific engagement activities</li></ul><p><b>Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Work closely with medical teams when HCPs request specific medical information</li><li>Coordinate with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal stakeholders</li><li>Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events</li><li>Share market insights and customer feedback with relevant internal teams</li></ul><p></p><p>About you</p><p></p><ul><li><b>Experience</b>: 2-3 years of sales experience</li><li><b>Soft skills</b>: Communication/presentation skills/ Selling and negotiation skills.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Technical skills</b>: Product knowledge/Market Knowledge/Business Policy Knowledge</li></ul><ul><li><b>Education</b>: B.
