<p>Job title: Scientific Sales Executive</p><p>Location : Nagercoil</p><p></p><p>About Job:</p><p>Our Team:</p><p>The Scientific Sales Executive is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the company&#39;s sales targets and market share growth</p><p>Main responsibilities:</p><p>Sales and Business Development</p><p>Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets</p><p>Conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals to promote Sanofi products</p><p>Track and analyze sales performance metrics and market trends</p><p>Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory</p><p>Customer Relationship Management</p><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers</p><p>Record customer interactions and insights in CRM system</p><p>Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information</p><p>Collaborate with Key Account Managers on strategic accounts</p><p>Product Knowledge and Communication</p><p>Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sanofi products, therapeutic areas, and competitive landscape</p><p>Deliver clear, compliant, and effective product presentations to healthcare professionals</p><p>Adhere strictly to compliance guidelines regarding promotional activities</p><p>Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare policies, and market dynamics</p><p>Compliance and Ethics</p><p>Ensure all activities comply with Sanofi policies, industry regulations, and local laws</p><p>Maintain accurate records of all promotional activities and expenses</p><p>Follow proper protocols for reporting adverse events</p><p>Understand boundaries between promotional and scientific engagement activities</p><p>Collaboration</p><p>Work closely with medical teams when HCPs request specific medical information</p><p>Coordinate with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal stakeholders</p><p>Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events</p><p>Share market insights and customer feedback with relevant internal teams</p><p>About you</p><p>·       Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience</p><p>·       Soft skills: Communication/presentation skills/ Selling and negotiation skills.</p><p>·       Technical skills: Product knowledge/Market Knowledge/Business Policy Knowledge</p><p>·       Education: B. Sc.
