Your work will directly support the execution of our <b>Business Excellence (BE)</b> strategy, helping drive continuous improvement across our global operations.</p><p></p><p>In this role, you will collaborate closely with a wide network of business stakeholders across Planning, Purchasing, Finance, Costing, Logistics, Order Management, and Engineering, ensuring that Master Data and Change Management processes enable high‑quality, data‑driven decision-making.</p></div><p></p><div><p><b>Business Excellence &amp; Master Data Leadership</b></p><ul><li><p>Drive and support Business Excellence initiatives that enhance performance across the Global Supply Chain.</p></li><li><p>Lead cross-functional improvement projects to optimize planning, purchasing, material flow, and overall supply chain performance using Master Data best practices.</p></li><li><p>Analyse current processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities; support coordinated target-setting across business functions.</p></li><li><p>Champion the adoption of Business Excellence tools and methods, providing coaching, training, and thought leadership across the organisation.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the continuous evolution of BE Toolbox methodologies and guidelines as a subject matter expert.</p></li><li><p>Promote best-practice sharing across global teams and ensure strong alignment across sites.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Global Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with Master Data Management colleagues and teams across Europe, Asia, and the US to ensure global consistency and process standardisation.</p></li><li><p>Project manage the planning, development, and rollout of process enhancements.</p></li><li><p>Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring all necessary inputs and approvals to deliver successful process changes.</p></li><li><p>Maintain transparent communication on project status, risks, and progress.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Data &amp; Process Improvement</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on optimising supply chain performance through robust data governance.</p></li><li><p>Analyse complex supply chain data using SAP modules (MM, PP, MRP) and related systems to uncover risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT to align Master Data best practices with broader business and digital transformation goals.</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain strong data governance practices to support reliable, real-time decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Promote data literacy and best practice adoption, enabling teams to integrate insights into daily operations and long-term planning.</p></li><li><p>Document processes, standardise data workflows, and implement scalable solutions that enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills &amp; Experience We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p>Proven project management experience and strong exposure to SAP Master Data within a supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environment.</p></li><li><p>Advanced SAP knowledge covering Master Data configuration, planning and purchasing processes, MRP, BOM management, source lists/Info Records, and production planning (MM, PP, and related modules).</p></li><li><p>Ideally <b>5&#43; years</b> in a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP and product transfer processes.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with SAP NWBC.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain environments, including product and process change management.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex operational data.</p></li><li><p>Advanced MS Office skills.</p></li><li><p>Fluent English—spoken and written.</p></li><li><p>Skilled in leveraging systems, tools, and procedures to drive high-quality outcomes.</p></li></ul></div><p><b>#LI REMOTE</b></p><p></p><p><b>Who we are</b>: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
