Join our Customer Services & Materials Management team as a SAP Inhouse Consultant SD & CPQ (x|f|m) and play a key role in shaping the future of our global sales application landscape. In this role, you will connect business requirements with technology solutions and actively contribute to the evolution of our Quote-to-Cash processes. Acting as a key interface between business stakeholders, development teams, IT business partners and external partners, you will drive innovation, enable scalable solutions and support the continuous advancement of our SAP CPQ and SAP SD landscape to help achieve better health for more people.
Based in Goettingen with the possibility to work some days in a week remotely.

Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure complex business requirements within SAP CPQ, SAP SD and related sales process landscapes

• Consult and support internal stakeholders in optimizing, harmonizing and further developing Quote-to-Cash processes

• Take functional ownership of SAP CPQ and actively contribute to the strategic evolution of sales-related applications and solutions

• Translate business requirements into scalable functional solution designs and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation

• Coordinate requirements and priorities across business stakeholders, IT business partners, solution architects, developers and external service providers

• Design and implement sustainable solutions within the SAP CPQ and SAP SD landscape in alignment with business and technology objectives

• Evaluate new business demands, identify optimization opportunities and develop innovative solution approaches to support global business processes

• Support complex international transformation, integration and innovation initiatives within the sales environment

• Coordinate external service providers and contribute to the delivery of high-quality and efficient services

• Create and maintain solution, process and system documentation in accordance with applicable standards and policies

What Will Convince Us

• Academic degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification

• Extensive experience in SAP consulting with a strong focus on SAP SD and deep expertise in SAP CPQ

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes and their implementation within complex international SAP environments

• Solid knowledge of SAP SD customizing and a strong understanding of system integration concepts and application architectures

• Proven experience analyzing, designing and implementing complex business requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams

• Strong consulting mindset and the ability to act as a trusted advisor between business functions and technical teams

• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, solution concepts and implementation roadmaps

• Strong coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align diverse interests and drive outcomes

• Analytical and process-oriented thinking combined with a structured and solution-focused approach

• High level of initiative, ownership and curiosity, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement

• Fluent German and English skills
