As our Specialist Source to Pay and Ariba, you ensure that procurement, sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and payment processes run smoothly across the business. You maintain and optimize the Ariba platform, partner with stakeholders globally, and contribute to process excellence and automation initiatives. This role is ideal if you bring both process expertise and a strong systems mindset, and enjoy being the go‑to person for Ariba‑related topics.<h2>Your tasks include</h2><ul><li>Managing and supporting end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay activities in Ariba across sourcing, contracts, supplier lifecycle, buying, and catalog management.</li><li>Reinforcing process and system compliance with suppliers and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Acting as the primary point of contact for the global buyer email inbox.</li><li>Driving change request cutover activities together with the Tech Lead for upstream and downstream modules.</li><li>Identifying, troubleshooting, and escalating project issues, risks, and roadblocks.</li><li>Ensuring stable operations of the Ariba platform and conducting user training sessions as needed.</li><li>Developing reporting and supporting process optimization, documentation, and system enhancements related to Ariba, SAP S/4, and connected systems.</li></ul><h2>Your profile</h2><ul><li>University degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business, or IT — or equivalent experience.</li><li>Proven experience in both Ariba Strategic Sourcing (Sourcing, Contracts, SLP/SIPM) and Ariba Operational Buying (Buying, Catalogs, Network).</li><li>3+ years of experience in a comparable Source‑to‑Pay or systems support role.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.</li><li>Detail‑oriented, structured, and comfortable working with data and process flows.</li><li>Experience in project and process management; Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus.</li></ul><div>What we offer  </div><div> </div><div><ul><li>Bonus/Commission </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Local benefits </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Referral Program </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Volunteer Day </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Internal Academy (QIALearn) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Employee Assistance Program </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Hybrid work (conditional to your role) </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Our people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
