You'll be responsible for the hands-on development and configuration of our Salesforce environments. You will be a key driver in ensuring our Salesforce platform operates efficiently and aligns with industry's best practices </div><div>Key Responsibilities </div><div>Technical Development </div><div><ul><li>Design, build, and deploy high-quality applications and solutions using Apex and Lightning. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manage the full DevOps cycle, including release management, code repositories, and impact analysis. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop and improve integrations between the Salesforce platform and other business systems using Web Services and APIs. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work with various Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Conduct code reviews and mentor peers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to development standards. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to stakeholders on when to use configuration versus custom code to solve business challenges. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices across the organization, focusing on improving system productivity, scalability, and performance. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Oversee system configuration, ensuring all changes are well-documented and align with long-term strategic goals. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Qualifications </div><div>Education and Experience </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning frameworks, and Salesforce APIs. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs, and familiarity with third-party integration tools. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and at least one of the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service Lightning. </li></ul></div><div>Certifications </div><div><ul><li>Current certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer I is required.
