<p><b>Come and join a great team as Sales Team Leader !</b></p><p></p><h1><b>Your challenges</b></h1><p>As part of the Sales Zone team, the Sales Team Leader plays a central role in the sales coaching, coordination and monitoring of sales activities of the team in parallel of his/her Account Manager responsibility or KAM responsibility (% sales team leading activities/% to manage their own territory/KAM responsibility in proportion to team size).</p><p><br />Collaboration with Automation Product & Application Manager, Key Account Manager, Inside Sales Manager and other Matrix functions is key.</p><p></p><p><b>Sales leadership activities</b></p><p>• Establish sales targets for the team with head of sales</p><p>• Coach and lead team members to improve sales efficiency, harmonized sales approach (complex sales training) and implement effective accounts planning to achieve long-term success</p><p>• Participate to the recruitment, training, and mentoring new sales team members to enhance their skills and performance</p><p>• Track the sales team’s performance and providing feedback to ensure goals are met</p><p>• Coordinate sales activities (Account planning review, funnel monitoring,…) and strategies to drive growth performance</p><p>• Review/approve direct offers (E365 approval) to ensure consistency with company pricing guidelines</p><p>• Accompany team members in the field and participate to complex sales negotiation if required</p><p>•Support the sales director in implementing the Group/Area/Zone strategy</p><p></p><p><b>Account Manager Tasks:</b></p><p>• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in assigned territory or assigned Key Accounts</p><p>• Develop strategic account plans to meet client needs and achieve business goals</p><p>• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients</p><p>• Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and support team on this aspect.</p><p>• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while meeting client needs</p><p>• Prepare and present account status reports to clients and internal stakeholders</p><p>• Work with internal teams, such as KAM, Automation Product & Application Manager, Customer Care and customer service, to ensure client needs are met</p><p>• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights</p><p></p><p><b>Combined Role Focus:</b></p><p>• Balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on client management.</p><p>• Lead and mentor the sales team while also managing territory or key accounts.</p><p>• Ensure that both team performance and client satisfaction are prioritized.</p><h1></h1><h1><b>Your profile:</b></h1><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or related subject, preferably with Life Sciences focus</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated sales record successes and good customer relationships records</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in strategic sales and team management/coaching is required (ideally more than 5 years)</p></li><li><p>Ability to motivate and manage a team, set goals, and ensure they are met.</p></li><li><p>Clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.</p></li><li><p>Mastery of various sales techniques and methodologies.
