Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Schedule: </b><span>Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm</span></p><p>Overtime based on business needs</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do - </b></p><ul><li><span>Supports sales reps, project managers, and customers by managing key pre-/post</span><span>‑</span><span>sales and pre</span><span>‑</span><span>installation tasks.</span></li><li><span>Project manages critical Customer Service initiatives and leads process</span><span>‑</span><span>improvement efforts.</span></li><li><span>Guides Customer Service Associates and provides workload backup to maintain service levels.</span></li><li><span>Collaborates with Sales and Customer Service leadership to track and help achieve monthly and annual sales goals.</span></li><li><span>Creates, maintains, and trains team members on Customer Service standard work and process documentation.</span></li><li><span>Uses CRM/ERP tools to accurately enter, validate, and troubleshoot orders, quotes, and customer data.</span></li><li><span>Coordinates parts shipments, pickups, RMAs, returns processing, and provides product/price/availability information.</span></li><li><span>Researches and resolves customer, sales, and operations issues by reviewing orders, documentation, and cross</span><span>‑</span><span>functional feedback.</span></li><li><span>Participates in cross</span><span>‑</span><span>functional meetings/huddles and analyzes team metrics to ensure service</span><span>‑</span><span>level compliance.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you need - </b></p><p><i>Required Qualifications:</i></p><ul><li><span>High School Diploma or equivalent.</span></li><li><span>2+ years experience in customer service environment or equivalent.</span></li><li><span>Basic computer skills.</span></li><li><span>Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a minimal amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, etc.</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><i>Preferred Qualifications:</i></p><ul><li><span>Demonstrated leadership with the ability to delegate tasks, coordinate across departments, and guide peers effectively.</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical, problem</span><span>‑</span><span>solving, and independent decision</span><span>‑</span><span>making skills with a high level of execution and service orientation.</span></li><li><span>Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability, including effective prioritization and follow</span><span>‑</span><span>through.</span></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 10%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
