The Sales Specialist is responsible for key accounts in semiconductor and electric device industry. We are providing leading edge filters and purifiers for key semiconductor and electric device customers. Our products are nominated and contributed for the wide-range manufacturing process of semiconductor and electric device. We keep and expand our contribution for the market.

This position reports to Sales Manager and is part of Microelectronics Division (Region) located in Shinjuku Office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Sales activities for key account customers for keeping and expanding our business.

• New nomination activity for the Growth as one team
• Collaboration work with customers for future demands and needs
• Collaboration work with Pall Marketing, R&D, Laboratories and other region sales teams
• Problem solving activities for customer demands, challenges and internal Kaizen works

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Over 3-years years of experience in sales or account management (Semiconductor or Electric device experience preferred)
• Available for business travel both domestic and international
• PC (Basic experience of Power Point, Excel and Word)
• English (TOEIC score 600)

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel – 60%
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Relevant industry sales experience, with strong verbal communication skills in English.

■ポジションの概要

マイクロエレクトロニクス事業部に所属し、国内の主要な大手半導体業界・電子部品材料業界等のクライアントを中心にご担当いただきます。

グローバルに展開するポール内のチームは、クライアントの分野別に、半導体製造メーカー、半導体装置メーカー、半導体を製造するための素材を扱うメーカー、等に分かれています。チームでは、日本および海外に開発・製造拠点をもつクライアントに向けて、フィルターの製品・技術の提供、問題解決策を提案しながら、販売管理・営業目標の達成を目指して頂きます。

■具体的な業務内容

ポールの最先端テクノロジーを用いたフィルターの製品・技術の提供、問題解決策を提案しながら、販売管理、営業目標の達成、および社内へフィードバックを行います。また、新たな製品へつなげるためのマーケティング部門、開発部門との共同活動等を行います。

• 営業目標を達成するために、担当クライアントへの戦略計画をたて、グローバルチームのリソースも活用して顧客満足度を高めながら管理・実行する。
• 日本および海外に開発・製造拠点をもつ担当クライアントの製造部門や開発部門へ向けて、フィルターの製品・技術の提供、問題解決策を提案しながら、関係性を向上させる。
• 担当クライアントの購買部門とデリバリーや販売管理の業務を行う。
• マーケティング部門や開発部門、サポート部門や製造部門等と連携し、クライアントの期待や要望に応えるための新製品の販売を促進する。

■求めるスキル・ご経験（必須）

• 大学卒業以上
• B2Bビジネスにおける営業またはキーアカウントマネジメントの実務経験３年以上
• 出張（国内・海外）に対応可能な方
• 運転免許をお持ちの方（出張時に最寄りの駅や空港から顧客先までの移動にレンタカーを使用する場合あり）

■語学力

• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語TOEIC 600点程度

■歓迎条件

• 半導体業界、電子部品材料業界、フィルター関連業界での経験
• 英語で流暢なコミュニケーションスキル

マイクロエレクトロニクス事業部に所属します。所属チームは、国内の主要なお客様を担当するRegionチームとなります。関連する業界は、半導体業界をはじめ、電子材料業界、ディスプレイ業界、グラフィックアーツ業界、水処理業界等、多岐にわたります。

また、Regionチーム以外にも、半導体デバイスメーカーや製造装置メーカーを担当するグローバルチームがあり、アジア、アメリカ、ヨーロッパのポールコーポレーション各拠点のメンバーが所属し、業務で連携していきます。

教育体制に関して、入社直後から体系的なトレーニングが計画されているため、濾過・分離技術の知見がなくても学んで頂ける環境です。
