(Trauma) will be responsible for driving, developing, protecting, and consolidating the Trauma business across the province of Málaga, managing existing accounts while creating new growth opportunities within the assigned territory.</p><p>This role requires a combination of commercial vision, results orientation, strong clinical credibility, and the ability to operate effectively in complex hospital environments, with a focus on technology adoption, strategic relationship development, and solid business plan execution.</p><p>This position offers the opportunity to lead the development of the Trauma business in a strategically important territory, playing an active role in the introduction of innovative solutions, the building of trusted relationships with key customers, and the improvement of clinical and operational approaches in trauma care.</p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><h3>Achievement of Objectives</h3><ul><li><p>Deliver agreed commercial and growth objectives as defined in the annual business cycle.</p></li><li><p>Manage the territory strategically to maximize sales, profitability, and product penetration.</p></li><li><p>Protect and develop the existing business, identifying risks and opportunities within each account.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Territory and Account Management</h3><ul><li><p>Lead the territory through the development and execution of comprehensive account business plans.</p></li><li><p>Analyze the competitive landscape, hospital dynamics, and purchasing environment to identify growth drivers.</p></li><li><p>Identify development opportunities in both existing and new accounts, including competitor share gain.</p></li><li><p>Ensure appropriate customer, account, and stakeholder segmentation and prioritization across the territory.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Commercial Activity and Consultative Selling</h3><ul><li><p>Build strong and sustainable relationships with trauma surgeons, heads of department, operating room supervisors, procurement teams, warehouse staff, and other relevant stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Present value propositions tailored to the clinical and operational needs of each customer.</p></li><li><p>Promote Trauma technologies and solutions within the surgical and hospital environment.</p></li><li><p>Positively influence product adoption by articulating the clinical, technical, and economic value of the portfolio.</p></li><li><p>Support surgical procedures when required, ensuring technical excellence and customer proximity.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Planning and Analysis</h3><ul><li><p>Analyze internal and external data to gain a deep understanding of the business environment and account needs.</p></li><li><p>Interpret market trends, account potential, sales evolution, and competitive activity to support decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, business forecasts, and commercial action plans.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li><p>Work closely with marketing, professional education, supply chain, customer service, and other support functions to ensure effective execution of the business strategy.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the regional team to share best practices, opportunities, and territory development plans.</p></li><li><p>Ensure clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders involved in customer support.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Professional Education and Customer Development</h3><ul><li><p>Drive customer training activities related to products, techniques, and new technologies.</p></li><li><p>Partner with the Professional Education team to identify educational needs and help develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).</p></li><li><p>Encourage effective use of available educational programs to support product knowledge and adoption.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>University degree in Health Sciences, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Solid previous experience in hospital sales, ideally within Trauma, Orthopedics, Osteosynthesis, or the surgical environment.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage complex accounts and engage with multiple stakeholders within hospitals.</p></li><li><p>Strong results orientation and demonstrated ability to grow business and deliver against targets.</p></li><li><p>Strong territory planning, analytical, and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.</p></li><li><p>Proactive, autonomous profile with a strong sense of ownership over the territory.</p></li><li><p>Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into concrete action plans.</p></li><li><p>Strong interest in medical technology, innovation, and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Availability to travel regularly across Málaga province and the surrounding region when required.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>What Will
