Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><span>What you will do</span></b></p><p>As a Sales Representative, you will plan, direct, and coordinate the selling of Stryker products (specifically Stryker's Neurosurgical, ENT & IVS portfolios) to physicians in accordance with budgeted objectives and to obtain maximum profitability and volume in relation to pre-set standards. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Instruments sales team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Directly responsible for the promotion and sale of Stryker’s Neurosurgical, ENT & IVS products as assigned by sales manager</p></li><li><p>Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Interventional Spine products </p></li><li><p>Directs product evaluations in operating rooms, hospitals, and office settings </p></li><li><p>May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings </p></li><li><p>Assist in Request for Proposal (RFP) related activities and contract negotiation </p></li><li><p>Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion </p></li><li><p>May assist in the training and development of associate sales personnel </p></li><li><p>Has authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities<span> </span></p></li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><p><b>What you need </b> </p><p></p><p><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li><p>University Degree</p></li><li><p>2+ years outside sales or clinical experience </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li><p>Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology </p></li><li><p>2+ years in Medical Device Sales</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Information:</b></p><ul><li><p>Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations</p></li><li><p>Must have a valid driver’s license</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 50%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
