Our breakthrough diagnostic solutions and services are poised to help millions of people struggling with sleep-related ailments, while also impacting other medical fields by monitoring a variety of chronic conditions, ultimately improving the health and quality of life for patients around the world.&nbsp;</p><p>The company's innovative solutions provide comprehensive sleep test data to physicians in a variety of clinical and non-clinical environments to optimize patient care and reduce healthcare costs.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth&nbsp;across Germany </li></ul><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including physicians, hospitals, sleep clinics, and other healthcare providers&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's market </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes, tools, and systems to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategies&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the management team&nbsp;</li></ul> <p></p><ul><li> Educational background in Business or Marketing, or alternatively in Engineering (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Biomedical Engineering), Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field. </li><li>Knowledge of the sleep market is considered an advantage, but is not a mandatory requirement.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.</li></ul><ul><li>Fluent in both German and English. Full professional proficiency in both languages is a key requirement. </li><li>Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60% travel, 40% home office).&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.</li></ul><ul><li>Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and systems.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business success.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>Option for hybrid / remote work&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Technical equipment to set up a home office&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>An open and positive company culture, with a lot of team activities&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>A competitive compensation package&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Onera stock options&nbsp;</li></ul>

Requirements
