Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li>Promoting and selling the department&#39;s products in the assigned territory</li><li>Developing and implementing individual sales activities to achieve sales budgets and profitability</li><li>Participating in public tenders</li><li>Conducting training and presentations for medical personnel and constantly monitoring customer requirements and satisfaction</li><li>Representing the company at conferences, symposia, and medical meetings, and organizing them</li><li>Establishing new contacts and maintaining long-term and positive relationships with existing customers</li><li>Leading the conclusion of contracts and overseeing the sales process</li><li>Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, related to the company&#39;s operations, and the market</li><li>Developing and implementing special sales activities to optimize inventory</li><li>Proactively seeking customer feedback to improve service quality and expand the business portfolio</li><li>Assessing competitive threats and implementing proactive tactical actions</li></ul><p><br /><b>What you need:</b></p><ul><li>Higher education</li><li>At least 2-3 years of experience working in an international company, preferably in the healthcare industry</li><li>Proven sales success and knowledge of sales promotion techniques</li><li>Knowledge of the healthcare industry</li><li>Intermediate English language skills</li><li>Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Interpersonal skills and building effective relationships</li><li>Results-oriented and highly motivated to achieve goals</li><li>Ability to translate plans into action</li><li>Strong self-motivation, ambition, and competitive spirit, while also being able to work in a team</li><li>Strong customer focus</li><li>Stress resistance</li><li>Mobility within the assigned area</li><li>Professional image, ethical conduct, and professional representation of the company in the market</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license</li></ul><p></p><p><span>Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 80%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
