They are the face of our customer experience approach and build deep relationships that deliver value for customers and patients in order to drive sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Drive competitive sales growth by identifying and prioritizing high-potential Healthcare Professionals and stakeholders through data analysis.</p></li><li><p>Orchestrate positive customer experiences to maximize sales performance and engagement.</p></li><li><p>Conduct value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to uncover customer challenges, decision drivers, and opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Personalize and manage customer engagement journeys using multiple channels and tailored content.</p></li><li><p>Build long-term partnerships with Healthcare Professionals and opinion leaders to improve patient care and influence prescription decisions.</p></li><li><p>Translate customer feedback into actionable plans that deliver additional value and exceed expectations.</p></li><li><p>Leverage data to create and dynamically adjust territory, account, and customer interaction plans.</p></li><li><p>Share customer insights with internal teams to support development of content, campaigns, and interaction strategies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements: </b></p><ul><li><p>At least 2-year experience in specialty care (Hematology and Oncology)</p></li><li><p>Established network within target customer group is desirable</p></li><li><p>Proven sales and listing experience in healthcare/pharma or related business.</p></li><li><p>Experience in launching priority products with a strong track record in sales delivery.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with hospital listing processes and demonstrated success in managing them.</p></li><li><p>Ambitious and possess a can-do attitude</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Skills Desired</b></p>Commercial Excellence, Communication Skills, Compliance, Conflict Management, Cross-Functional Coordination, Customer Insights, health care industry, Influencing Skills, Key Account Management, Negotiation Skills, Professional Ethics, Selling Skills, Technical Skills
