Sales Representative - Cardiac Rhythm Management - Between Tampere and Helsinki

Abbott Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) is a market leader in the Nordic region, providing innovative technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. Our comprehensive portfolio includes leadless and transvenous pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) devices, insertable cardiac monitors (ICMs), and advanced remote patient management solutions.

We are now looking for a Sales Representative who wants to take a key role in further developing Abbott's CRM business in Finland. This position is ideally based between Helsinki and Tampere.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Drive growth and market share in CRM
• Act as a clinical and technical advisor to healthcare professionals and institutions
• Be active in cath lab and operating room environments during implantations and follow-ups
• Plan and deliver training programs, both in person and virtually
• Work in a structured way with account planning and customer development
• Support public procurement activities and strategic business initiatives
• Use data-driven insights to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities

This position includes regular travel within Finland and occasional travel across the Nordic region. The role offers significant personal freedom, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

It is an advantage if you:

• Hold an academic degree in medical technology or a related field

• Have experience within the cardiovascular field
• Have experience from a cath lab, surgical environment or other interventional settings
• Have 1-3 years of sales experience within healthcare, medical technology or life sciences
• Are business-driven, communicative and relationship-oriented
• Work in a structured and analytical manner
• Demonstrate high integrity and thrive in clinical environments
• Are fluent in Finnish and English
