Description
Reporting to the VP Sales and Marketing, the Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring the successful launch and adoption of the BEAR technology into the U.S. marketplace to support the overall commercial launch of the BEAR implant to achieve projected market adoption and revenue goals. Responsibilities include achieving sales and revenue goals, training stakeholders, supporting customer relationships, managing inventory, negotiating contracts, and completing administrative reports.
Requirements
BA or BS degree (4 year) with minimum 5-10+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in orthopedics. Track record of launching disruptive medical device technologies, managing large territories, and proctoring cases in the OR. Excellent communication, analytical, time management, organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
