Upgrade to Pro — $25/moWe are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Sales Operations Data Analyst to support our Commercial Operations team. This role will focus on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Salesforce data to support the successful implementation of a data management system within healthcare clinics. The ideal candidate is meticulous, curious, and proactive—someone who not only follows established data management processes but also identifies opportunities to improve them. Responsibilities
Salesforce Data Management & Integrity
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Salesforce records to support the implementation of a data management system within healthcare clinics
Identify and remediate duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate data in alignment with data quality standards
Implementation & Process Support
Execute established data governance, data entry, and validation processes to ensure implementation readiness for a diabetes data management system
Proactively identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflows, validation rules, and data quality procedures
Identify and document new or updated processes to support commercial team adoption and enablement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, and other cross-functional teams to validate data and resolve data-related issues
Serve as a responsive point of contact for data-related questions, ensuring timely and professional communication
Support cross-functional initiatives that require coordinated data review, cleanup, or analysis
Quality Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Track and report progress on assigned data cleanup and implementation support activities
Monitor data trends and recurring issues to help inform continuous improvement efforts
Leverage Salesforce dashboards and reports to manage workload, monitor data quality, and support commercial activities
Skills and Competencies
Strong attention to detail; able to spot inconsistencies and errors quickly
Comfortable following structured processes and SOPs
Strong written and verbal communication skills effectively across all levels
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize work, manage timelines, and execute with a strong sense of urgency in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma (GED)
1 year of administrative and /or operational experience
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree
Bachelor's degree
Previous knowledge of Diabetes management
Experience working with Salesforce.com and analytical tools, Excel, Tableau, Salesforce dashboards (Classic and/or Lightning)

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $22.52 - $33.79 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
