You&#39;ll contribute to optimizing sales effectiveness through data-driven insights, process improvements, and strategic support of our commercial teams. In this collaborative environment, you&#39;ll analyze complex data sets, manage sales compensation programs, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional development while making meaningful contributions to world-class scientific solutions.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Location: </span></b><span>Fishers, Indiana. </span></p><p><span>Relocation assistance is <u>NOT</u> provided. </span></p><p><br /><b>Keys to Success:</b></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree required, advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.</li></ul><p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li>5&#43; years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related field.</li></ul><p><b>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities</b></p><ul><li>Advanced certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Salesforce, data analytics) are a plus.</li><li>Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com.</li><li>Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and data visualization tools.</li><li>Expert knowledge of sales compensation processes and incentive plan design.</li><li>Experience with Xactly Incent or similar ICM systems.</li><li>Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.</li><li>Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all organizational levels.</li><li>Experience presenting to and partnering with senior leadership.</li><li>Proficiency in creating executive-level reports and presentations.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Experience in life sciences, healthcare or related industries preferred.</li><li>Travel up to 10-15% may be required.</li><li>English proficiency required; additional languages beneficial for international roles</li><li><span>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States </span><span>without sponsorship</span><span>. </span></li><li><span>Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.            </span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
