As a Strategic Sales Manager you will be focused on advancing our Vision Screening & Diagnostics market presence within the Baxter - Front Line Care business unit. This individual will be focused specifically on Vision products, including RetinaVue & Spot Vision Screener and must display an entrepreneurial spirit. This individual will be tasked to achieve and assigned sales goals by identifying, developing, and closing profitable business opportunities with new and existing payers, mobile, emerging markets, and strategic accounts within the Southwest / Gulf region. This role includes identifying new markets potential, negotiating, and closing opportunities, while delivering clinical and operational outcomes. Collaboration in a matrixed sales organization, leveraging cross business unit communication and resources.

• Home Base/Territory: DFW / Houston Market

• Travel: Travel within region up to 75%, overnights as needed

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.

The estimated pay range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.

Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
