As the Sales Manager, Singapore, you will drive sales performance of the business and provide coaching, customer and stakeholder management, performance management and resource planning.
• Own and be accountable for the development and execution of the sales plan to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives for the assigned territory in collaboration with the Regional Business Manager and Asia Pacific Marketing team to drive business growth and expand market presence.
• Establish and develop key reference sites to support physician training and customer education, in partnership with the Asia Pacific Marketing and Education teams.
• Manage and coordinate operational activities, including field support coverage, logistics, venue arrangements, trade shows, product launches, and customer engagement events. If needed, also need to support the field activities.
• Travel is required to support and participate in marketing activities, customer events, and business initiatives as directed by the Superior.
• Manage Singapore inventory planning, stock replenishment, and demand forecasting to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end sales closing activities, maintaining the integrity of the sales cycle and enabling the achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates on forecasts, business opportunities, and market developments to support strategic decision-making.
• Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott policy and requirement.
• Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical.
• Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical are executed.
• Bachelor of Biomedical Science or Business Management or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in healthcare related sales.
• Some experience in people management preferred.
