Sales Manager Europe

Reporting to the VP of Sales, Marketing and Training, the Sales Manager Europe will lead a team of specialized territory managers across different countries and define the sales expansion strategy whilst developing a strong network within the glaucoma field and continuing to build and expand the most effective field force. Responsibilities include leading and supporting the European Sales team, defining sales expansion strategy, managing sales budget, implementing CRM, driving customer experience, building an effective field force, acquiring market knowledge, working in synergy with functional leads, and reviewing departmental progress. The profile requires a Master’s degree, fluency in English and German, and a successful sales record in the Medical Device industry.
