Manages all sales and marketing activities. Plans, organizes and controls sales programs, seeking to attain revenues and profitability goals. Prepares marketing plans and programs, proposing strategies to increase products market share. Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy. Conducts sales meetings and communicates new strategies to the sales account force. Establishes sales account quotas. Directs research, budgets, pricing, distribution, etc. for all advertising, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.

1. Understand the actual store opening situation of RBI Channel, effectively control the reasonable inventory and the client's accounts receivable situation.

2. Communicate with the RBI HQ, be responsible for the annual bidding project and the quotation analysis of equipment and spare parts to ensure market share and company profits.

3. Regular visits and training in the QSR market are understand the equipment configuration for different types of stores opened by QSR customers. Through the usage of the equipment to understand the operational demands and pain points, provide feedback and coordinate with internal departments to offer continuous improvement and total solutions to meet customer expectations, assist the QSR channel to meet annual sales targets.

4. Understand the situation and changes of the QSR market and competitors. In case of equipment quality issues, promptly coordinate customers and offer the short-term solutions and long-term strategies to reduce the company's losses.
