<h2><b>Job Description</b></h2><p>Agilent Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven <b>District Manager</b> to lead and grow our <b>Pharmaceutical Sales business</b> in Korea. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and strengthening strategic relationships with key pharmaceutical customers. The District Manager will play a critical role in executing Agilent’s commercial strategy and reinforcing our leadership in the pharma market.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned district</p></li><li><p>Drive growth across pharmaceutical customers, including innovator pharma, biotech, and related segments</p></li><li><p>Execute district-level sales strategy aligned with Agilent Korea and APAC commercial objectives</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and influencers</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Application Engineers, Service, and Channel partners</p></li><li><p>Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning with discipline and accuracy</p></li><li><p>Ensure effective execution of product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives</p></li><li><p>Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to leadership</p></li><li><p>Uphold Agilent’s values, compliance standards, and ethical selling practices</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><p>Qualifications & Experience</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field</p></li><li><p>Minimum <b>10 years of sales experience</b> in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry</p></li><li><p>People management or team leadership experience are preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of pharmaceutical workflows, QC/QA, analytical instrumentation, or related solutions</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth and managing complex accounts</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</p></li><li><p>Strategic mindset with strong execution capability</p></li><li><p>Fluent in Korean; working proficiency in English required</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Additional Details</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>This job has a full time weekly schedule.
