Program Design, Governance, Delivery & Capability Building</b></h3><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Design, develop, and execute comprehensive sales training programs for the Ischemic and Hemorrhagic devices.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Build structured curricula, training materials, certifications, and documentation that support consistent execution.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, implementing continuous improvements based on performance<span> </span></span><span>outcomes</span><span><span> </span>and stakeholder feedback.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Deliver high-impact in-person, virtual, and hybrid training programs for new hires, tenured representatives, and cross-functional partners.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Utilize advanced adult-learning methodologies including simulations, role-play, case studies, and hands-on product training.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure alignment between clinical knowledge, product positioning, and commercial execution in complex Neurovascular procedures.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><p></p><h3><b>Sales Skills & Performance Coaching</b></h3><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Lead development of advanced sales competencies including consultative selling, value-based selling, objection handling, negotiation, and account-level strategy.</span></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide field coaching, structured feedback, and performance assessments to elevate individual and team effectiveness.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Partner with regional sales leaders to reinforce capability development through ongoing coaching and reinforcement.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><p></p><h3><b>Customer-Led Sales Education & KOL Engagement</b></h3><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and faculty to design and deliver customer-led sales education programs aligned to business<span> </span></span><span>objectives</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Manage HCP engagement, contracts, and program governance in compliance with regional and global policies.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder management - Marketing, Product Management, Medical Education, Clinical Specialists, and Regional Sales leaders to align with portfolio strategies.</span></span></p></li></ul></div><p></p><h3><b>Sales Process & Market Insight</b></h3><ul><li><p>Evaluate and benchmark selling methodologies, educational approaches, and enablement best practices across the industry.</p></li><li><p>Incorporate best-in-class sales processes and tools into training curricula to improve consistency and execution.</p></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>Communication & Brand Stewardship</b></h3><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Define and execute a sales communication strategy in partnership with Marketing Communications,<span> </span></span><span>leveraging</span><span><span> </span>the most effective platforms and channels.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure consistent, compliant, and impactful messaging that reinforces Stryker’s brand, value proposition, and ethical standards.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><p></p><h3><b>Metrics, Analytics & Continuous Improvement</b></h3><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Use data-driven insights to recommend enhancements and prioritize<span> </span></span><span>enablement</span><span><span> </span>investments; </span></span><span><span>sales performance indicators, certification rates, field feedback, and program participation.</span> </span></p></li></ul></div><p></p><h3><b>Compliance, Ethics & Quality</b></h3><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure all training and enablement activities adhere to Stryker’s quality systems, ethical selling standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Embed patient safety, integrity, and regulatory rigor into all enablement programs.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><p><br /><b>Minimum Qualifications (Required):</b></p><div><ul><li><p><span><span>At least<span> </span></span><span>8</span><span><span> </span>years of successful<span> </span></span><span>experience in<span> </span></span><span>medical</span><span><span> </span>device industry.</span></span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong cultural awareness.
