This is a key commercial leadership role for a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales professional ready to shape and execute a global sales strategy. Observe Medical develops and commercializes innovative medical technology and, with an expanding global distributor network, is building a scalable and profitable Nordic medtech platform.
The role offers broad responsibility and real influence on the company’s continued growth. To succeed, you are results-driven, internationally minded, and thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment, combining strategic thinking with practical execution. You will drive global commercial growth, working closely with leadership, product development, and marketing, while managing and expanding the distributor network.
You will join a Nordic organization with headquarters in Oslo and operations in Gothenburg, supported by distributors worldwide. You should preferably reside in Sweden, Denmark or Norway, but we will also look at interesting candidates in other locations/countries. Willingness to travel approximately 50–60 days per year is expected.

Its proprietary portfolio includes Sippi®, a CE-marked digital urine output measurement system, and the UnoMeter™ range for urine output and intra-abdominal pressure measurement. The company aims to build a scalable Nordic medtech platform through strong commercialization, innovation, regulatory excellence, and efficient manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
o Together with the leadership team, develop and hands-on implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives and growth goals.
o Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and new markets.
o Build, manage, and expand the global distributor network and establish strong long-term partnerships.
o Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
o Work closely with the product development team to ensure products meet customer needs and market requirements.
o Together with marketing, develop and deliver engaging campaigns and content that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
o Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Qualifications
o Proven experience from country-level and/or global sales of medtech products.
o Academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
o Strong understanding of the medtech industry and key drivers for commercial success.
o Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in competitive, international markets.
o Experience working closely with distributors and a strong belief in knowing your products inside and out.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value to diverse stakeholders.
o Structured, proactive, and self-driven working style.
o Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
o Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing scale-up environment.
o Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
