This internship offers real responsibilities, daily interaction with Sales and Customer Support teams, and a concrete opportunity to develop professional skills in a structured international environment.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><p>You will work closely with the Customer Support Manager and collaborate with Area Managers and internal functions to:</p><ul><li>Support the Sales team in daily operational activities and customer requests</li><li>Prepare, update, and manage quotations and commercial offers</li><li>Monitor offer status and ensure accurate data entry in company systems</li><li>Support the preparation and management of commercial documentation, tenders, and contracts</li><li>Handle third‑party authorization processes (resellers, intermediaries, partners)</li><li>Provide operational customer support via email and phone, with a solution‑oriented approach</li><li>Assist customers and sales teams with registration and qualification processes</li><li>Liaise with Marmon Corporate teams to facilitate approvals and process completion</li><li>Contribute to improving processes through checklists, guidelines, and operational tools</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><ul><li>Undergraduate or recent graduate in Economics, Humanities, or a related field</li><li>Fluent in Italian and English</li><li>French or Spanish is a plus</li><li>Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Strong customer‑oriented mindset</li><li>Attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability</li><li>Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><ul><li>A 6‑month full-time internship with real operational responsibility</li><li>Direct exposure to Sales Operations, Customer Support, and Inside Sales activities</li><li>A collaborative, international environment within a solid industrial group</li><li>Structured learning and on‑the‑job training</li><li>A compensation of 700€ gross per month and canteen service for lunch</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, <span>candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes</span> as permitted or required by applicable law</span><span>.</span></p>
