Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p>We are looking for a <b>Sales Assistant (Contractor)</b> to join Rocge Diagnostics Turkiye.</p><p></p><p><b><b>Sales Responsibilities</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Facilitate the communication between the entire sales team and the office.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare procurement forms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare cost-free exit forms in the SAP system and submit them for</span> <span>approval by the Commercial Chapter Head.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare price quotations under the supervision of Sales Specialists or</span> <span>Advanced Customer Managers for product-specific price requests from direct customers, and deliver them to those </span><span>customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare PR forms in the SAP system for the entire sales team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Make material limit increases or add new products to the discount</span></p></li><li><p><span>agreements in the SAP system with the approval of the CPS Sales Director.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare paid exit forms in the SAP system for special orders.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Post-Sales Support Responsibilities</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Draft and send out certificate requests from institutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Place orders for UPS and water systems, prepare approval forms, and then</span> <span>track the invoices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare cost-free forms, and follow the approval process.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Open customer entries in Rexis.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Who you are:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree from a university</span></p></li><li><p><span>Minimum 2 years of sales assistant  experience in a multinational organization with high operating standards</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</span></p></li><li><p><span>Has a positive attitude, strong ability to handle multiple tasks, and willingness &amp; potential for learning and development</span></p></li><li><p><span>Being able to work from the office-based in Istanbul, Levent</span></p></li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p></p><h3>Who we are</h3><p style="text-align:left">A healthier future drives us to innovate.
