As the Sales Administrator I, you will be responsible for customer interaction while demonstrating high levels of support and time management skills.
• Respond to customer and employee tickets provided through our queue system.
• Schedule FedEx pick-ups for customers by calling the FedEx service line, investigate missed FedEx pick-ups and assist clients with auto pick-up requests. Respond to original ticket for resolution.
• Email clients Account Update/Change forms to gather new, updated customer data. Provide the form to customers and follow up with customers on a preset schedule to receive data back from the customer in a timely fashion.
• Email correspondence with customers and employees on general office matters with direction and training provided by the Customer Service Manager.
• Generate quotes and other customer-facing sales documents, including price schedules.
• Perform price and trend analysis in Excel with direction and training provided by the Sales Director.
• Conduct research projects on United States state and local governments and complete outbound clinic call projects as needed.
• Observe legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding patient and company confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Completed at least 2 years in College or with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Medical or non-medical course.
• Open to all applicants with or without work experience.
• Possess characteristics such as adaptability to the working environment, analytical or logical reasoning, consistent performance, discipline, and understanding the importance of individual work to company stability.
• Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience required.
• Strong computer/software skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Must be flexible to work on a night shift (between 6:00 PM and 10:00 AM Philippine Standard Time).
• Must be amenable to work overtime or during rest days when business requests additional paid hours.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to work a graveyard shift with a fixed working schedule...
