Sale Manager - Distributor Channel

Shape the future of sleep and respiratory care across Thailand.

As Sales Manager, you will shape how Resmed expands its reach across hospital and non-hospital channels in Thailand. You will own key distributor and channel relationships, strengthen partner performance and develop new routes to market that improve patient access to sleep and respiratory care. Working across Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Distribution, Finance and Legal, you will turn commercial opportunities into practical plans, lead strategic projects and help build a high-performing partner ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end relationships with distributors and channel partners, ensuring commercial alignment, KPI achievement and operational excellence.
• Expand the hospital channel by identifying and onboarding new hospitals, supporting tender activities and growing reimbursement-driven segments.
• Coordinate inventory, order fulfilment and service-level performance with partners to support reliable commercial delivery.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess pipeline health, conversion, revenue performance and partner commitment.
• Develop non-hospital channels, including sub-dealers, home healthcare providers, clinics, sleep laboratories and digital marketplaces.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners to extend coverage, particularly across underserved and upcountry territories.
• Build and execute expansion plans across B2B, B2B2C and emerging go-to-market models, supported by pipeline tracking and joint business planning.
• Lead or co-lead commercial projects, including diagnostic partnerships, channel transformation and reimbursement-focused or commission-based partnership models.
• Develop project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks and provide clear progress updates while challenging traditional sales approaches.
• Track sales performance, forecast accuracy, partner execution and competitor activity, supporting annual planning and recommending corrective action when required.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or a related field.
• Approximately five or more years in commercial roles within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, health-tech, digital business or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success managing distributors, channel partners or indirect sales networks.
• A sound understanding of B2B sales environments, partner management, business development and commercial execution.
• The ability to manage competing priorities independently and make well-considered decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Effective negotiation, communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Well-developed planning, organisational, analytical and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
• Good command of English and Thai.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to B2B2C or alternative go-to-market models.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, reimbursement programmes, consignment models or channel-based sales.
• A track record of identifying growth opportunities and leading initiatives that deliver business impact.
