<p><b>Job title: </b>Safety Lead</p><ul><li><i>Location: Csanyikvölgy, Miskolc</i></li><li><i>Hiring Manager: Györgyi Vereczkey-Szarka</i></li><li><i>Job Type: Indefinite, full-time</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Main Accountabilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Conducting regular safety inspections and assessments</p></li><li><p>Developing and implementing local safety-related policies/procedures</p></li><li><p>Conducting risk assessments and defining actions for key identified risks (legal, social, reputational)</p></li><li><p>Managing general safety and hazardous work</p></li><li><p>Managing ATEX processes</p></li><li><p>Leading investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-miss events</p></li><li><p>Developing and leading emergency response plans</p></li><li><p>Implementing new safety technologies and methods</p></li><li><p>Monitoring and communicating safety targets and their status</p></li><li><p>Leading and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices by providing training, education, and/or relevant programs for all employees (machine safety, fire safety, ATEX, protective equipment and measures, asphyxiating gases etc.)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About you</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE field</p></li><li><p>Occupational Health and Safety Engineer</p></li><li><p>Advanced Fire Safety Qualification/Degree</p></li><li><p>Native Hungarian and Fluent English (written and spoken)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Sanofi</b></p><p></p><p>We’re an R&amp;D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people’s lives and delivering compelling growth.
