Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams. </div><div> </div><div>It is your hard work and dedication that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe. </div><div> </div><div>How You Will Achieve It </div><div><ul><li>Contributes to the completion of projects, manages own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for activities on own projects. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Participate in projects that require creativity and analytical skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure audit deliverables are provided timely and to a high standard. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Facilitate and coordinate quarterly Balance Sheet review meetings with markets. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Actively support team’s value proposition by keeping processes aligned with the delivery model and global standard, adhering to our internal controls structures and help identifying process improvement opportunities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Contribute to team effort and assist co-workers as needed to balance workloads. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Coordinate resolution of any issues, engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Effectively coordinate and drive knowledge sharing through a mix of remote interaction and site visits according to business needs. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure proper documentation on all transactions based on company's policies and procedures around accounting. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Prepare basic analysis for external accountants and Corporate Audit and ensure adherence to local accounting regulations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Align with working capital initiatives to ensure the payment on time for NAM-LATAM markets. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Guarantee the resolution of the cash open items and the resolution for all the reject & return payments. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Qualifications </div><div> </div><div>Must-Have </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or in progress in Business, Accounting, or Finance. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>2-3 years of relevant functional finance experience at Share Service Center Industry. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience in banking platforms. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Payments General knowledge (Manual Payment and Host to Host experiences). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Good written and verbal English communication skills required.
