RPA Automation Support Engineer

We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we&#39;re committed to making a difference.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Skills</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>UiPath Expertise: Deep hands-on experience (typically 3&#43; years) with core UiPath components, including Studio, Orchestrator (configuration, monitoring, asset management, queues), and Robots.</p></li><li><p>REFramework Mastery: Ability to design, develop, and deploy production-grade, scalable, and maintainable Attended/Unattended automations using the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework). </p></li><li><p>Process Analysis and Design: The ability to conduct detailed requirements analysis workshops with stakeholders, identify automation opportunities, and translate complex business needs into comprehensive technical solutions.</p></li><li><p>Documentation: Expertise in creating high-quality documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), test plans, and support runbooks.</p></li><li><p>Problem-Solving &amp; Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize bot performance.<br /> </p></li></ul><p><b><u>Key Accountabilities</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Provide production support.</p></li><li><p>Partner with subject matter experts and automation analysts to define, document, and development automations supporting business processes.</p></li><li><p>Analyze process automation requirements and create technical specifications.</p></li><li><p>Create proof of concepts / prototypes for key automation tasks.</p></li><li><p>Develops bots and solutions using automation tools.</p></li><li><p>Implement security best practices to manage confidential information.</p></li><li><p>Define test scenarios, create test plans, execute test scripts.<br /> </p></li></ul><p><b><u>Required</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>4 &#43; years Information Technology experience programming including scripting, coding, SQL and relational databases, and application development.</p></li><li><p>3 &#43; years software engineering experience with UiPath RPA software.<br /> </p></li></ul><p><b><u>Desired:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Advanced certification on leading UiPath RPA software</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, Mule</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of cloud-based development. Microsoft Azure</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST<br /> </p></li></ul><p><b><u>Education</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in technical discipline (Math’s, Science, Engineering, Computing, etc.) or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience.</p></li></ul>
